
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking. To request for booking, clients must provide accurate and complete information (names, dates of birth, passport details, etc.).
Amendment. Once confirmed, any revision to the booking may incur additional charges and subject to availability. In addition, any amendment inside the full payment period maybe subject to cancelation fees as per the cancelation policies detailed below.
Travel Documents: It is the responsibility of the client or their travel agent to check and secure all the travel documents required for the tour. Clients are presumed to be well advised by their travel agent to check with the embassies and government agencies updated requirements for their trip.
Pricing. Tour operator reserves right to adjust the tour price in case of certain extenuating factors (e.g., increase in fuel costs, currency fluctuations, taxes, etc.)
Payment Due Dates. The following payment schedule will apply:
For all tours except Iceland and Scandinavia

Upon confirmation = US$ 300.00 deposit per person

Full payment = 60 days before departure.
For all Iceland and Scandinavia

Upon confirmation = 35% of the total price

Full payment = 60 days before departure.
Note: For some packages which include special services (e.g. flights, trains, cruises, ferry tickets) or special promotions, full payment maybe required at the time of booking.
Cancelation. The following cancelation and refund policy will apply:
For all tours except Iceland and Scandinavia

After confirmations but more than 60 days before departure = deposit amount

60 – 31days before departure = 25% of the total price

30 – 15 days before departure = 50% of the total price

14 days of departure or less = 100% of the total price

NO SHOW – NO REFUND!
For all Scandinavia tours

More than 45 days before departure = US$ 300.00 per person

45 – 30days before departure = 35% of the total price
-
29 days – 15 days before departure = 75% of the total price

14 days of departure or less = 100% of the total price

NO SHOW – NO REFUND!
For all Iceland tours

More than 60 days before departure = US$ 300.00 per person

60 – 45 days before departure = 25% of the total price

44 days – 30 days before departure = 50% of the total price

29 days of departure or less = 100% of the total price

NO SHOW – NO REFUND!
Flights, trains, ferry tickets, once booked and confirmed are non-refundable!
Note: No refund will be entertained for any passenger who failed to join the tour due to any reason caused by, or occurring on, the part of the passenger, improper documentation, flight delays or cancelation, or similar reasons. Moreover, in case of partially used service, product, or portion of the tour, the unused service, product, or portion shall be non-refundable!
Changes and Modifications to the Itinerary.

Tour operators reserve the right to alter an itinerary due to local circumstances or events outside its control. In such cases, any incidental expenses including visa, flight rebooking, etc. that may be incurred as a result of such necessary change of itinerary shall be on passenger’s account.

Tour operators reserve the right to cancel any confirmed booking in case of operational reasons or force majeure including war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation, or any other external circumstances beyond control. In these cases, we will offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard. In case we are unable to provide a similar tour, we will return any monies paid to us but no further compensation will be offered.

Tour operators reserve the right to substitute hotels from time to time to meet local conditions or exigencies and operational requirements. In such cases, we will endeavor to provide hotels of similar category. If such changes are unavoidable or necessary, no refunds for hotel changes will be entertained.

Vehicles to be used on the tours include coaches, vans/minivans, or cars. The tour operators reserve the right to use the appropriate vehicle depending on the group size and road condition.
Assumption of Risk. Clients/passengers acknowledge that travel, especially adventure travel, involves inherent risks, and by booking, the client assumes these risks.
Liability. As independent sales agent of foreign based third-party tour providers, suppliers and hence, they and their owners, officers and employees shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from or caused by the acts of said third-party suppliers (tour providers, hotels, transport, etc.), acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government restrictions.
